For the purpose of connecting existing and planned buildings, various structures of varying degrees of development are to be in the underground built in several stages. Their total length is about 1,5 km. Building in existing structures and in difficult geological conditions requires excavation and tunnelling methods that minimise emissions and immissions, as well as specific solutions adapted to the situation, sometimes with complex protective and safety measures. The ongoing operation of the hospital must be ensured at all times and the well-being of the patients provided. The tight space conditions on site imposed great challenges for the construction installation, the deployment and the logistics.
